It is long time ago, back in 2016, I have purchased from watchshop.com my Tissot (invoice 341907x). Just now something got broken, so I have visited official TISSOT representative office and service centre here in Vienna (Austria) and they shocked me my TISSOT is fake! And they have rejected to service them. So need to throw them...:-(

Brought a Seiko turtle PADI edition and it came in a completely different make watch box so I opened up a case with them through there customer care team and they basically didn't care and didn't offer to sort the matter and just ignored me very disappointed with there customer care I won't be ordering from there again

I took a long time looking at the watches on sale. I selected the Casio Gold G Shock and was happy with my purchase. I then found out that they cancelled the order, with no word of a refund or any detail. Contacted customer service awaiting reply. Really useless.

Received the watch in good order and very please. Asked them to carry out a strap adjustment and just received it back again. Can't fault the customer service and communication.

In my opinion the customer service was brilliant, I had a problem with the charging contacts on my Diesel Axiel DTZ2017, they sorted it out promptly with no issues at all.

My boyfriend decided to make a Christmas gift for me and ordered Olivia Burton bracelet from the watchshop. Watchshop has really good rates on popular rates pages. They have 5 stars and a lot of opinions on ceneo (polish site with shops rates). My boyfriend ordered the product from the watch shop on December 8,2020. To date, he has not received an order or a refund. He wrote many e-mails to the watch shop while the bot responds. They lie that royal mail is not tracked. This is not true. Watch shop robbed us. We don't know where to report this problem anymore. The lawyer told us to file a complaint with the European consumer center and maybe they can help us get our money back. I've sent them a many DM's on their instagram profile (they have 15k followers and I think most of them are fake). They also started to delating my comments xD. They provide false telephone and tax details on their website. Finally we got our money back but it was really hard to bring our money back. Watch shop it's a scam and they are robbing money. I don't understand how it is possible that there is so much positive opinions about this shop. I will tell everyone that shop is scam.

Never received orderI ordered two watches on 15/12/20 as Christmas gifts but never received them, I wastedmy money. I contacted their customer services and this is what they said 28 Dec 2020, 08:41 GMT Good morning Joyce. I would like to inform you about the most recent status of your investigation. You have contacted us to inform that you have not received the parcel. I have come off the phone to Royal Mail today and regret to say that they have finally concluded that this item has been delivered to your dedicated address in correct order. Additional information: this has been delivered by staff of Northampton St James Mill DO (delivery office). We recommend that you contact them to double confirm this to be correct. As we have no claim to proceed and no confirmation of an improperly delivered parcel we cannot permit a resolution at this point in time. This is following the regulation of this procedure. Once more we do apologise about this inconvenience. If there is anything else we can advise about please do not hesitate to contact me again. Thank you for understanding. Was told order would be there 3 days after ordering. Here we are 8 days later and no watch. Emailed 3 times. Standard reply twice and nothing after that. Very disappointing. Literally have zero idea where the order is as it hasn’t moved since the day it was ordered. Avoid like the plague. I just want my money back now so I can go somewhere more reputable and finally get my other half a Christmas present in January!!Edit **** Have now been told I can have a refund or send me another one as it’s likely lost or something. Choose a replacement. Email to say actually don’t have it in stock. Bunch of clowns running this shop I doubt. Please heed this review and spend your money elsewhere

Don't bother save your money... spent 100 pound on special birthday items for them not to come contacted the company... so unhelpful there attitude is it's not there issue! They have my money and don't care!

Purchase was easy to do, quick and easy. The watch arrived well packaged, no trouble with delivery.The watch itself is lovely, very pretty. It's a gift, so I can't comment on if it keeps time. Thank you Watchshop.
